Software, AI and automation for Irish businesses

WDI builds the software Irish businesses use to run their day: customer and trade portals, CRMs, AI tools that work from your own documents, and the links between the systems you already pay for. We build around how your business works now, then connect it, so information is entered once.

    Work we've built

WDI's own AI tender writing tool for Irish construction firms. It drafts prequalification and tender answers from the company's own project records, certificates and policies, and labels which parts came from the firm's documents and which are suggestions.

An online catalogue of about 170 products with no public prices, enquiry buttons, a customer account area and courier tracking.

Paper site dockets replaced with a digital record of work, signatures and job details that goes straight to the office.

    How a project runs

    1. 1. Find the job worth doing first. We look at where information is typed twice, where follow-ups get missed and where skilled people do repeat work.

    2. 2. Build the smallest version that works. One process, live and in use, before anything else gets added.

    3. 3. Connect it. Your accounts package, email, forms and website feed it, so nobody re-enters data.

    4. 4. Keep it going. Changes as the business changes.

    Who it suits

Irish businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper, especially suppliers, merchants, trades and B2B service firms.

    Frequently asked questions

What kind of software does WDI build?

Web applications, customer and trade portals, CRMs, AI tools and the integrations that link them to your existing systems.

Do we have to replace the systems we already use?

No. Most projects connect to what you already run, such as your accounts package, online shop or email.

Can you connect our software to Xero, QuickBooks or Sage?

Yes. Xero and QuickBooks have open APIs, and we confirm what your version of Sage allows before quoting.

Do you only work with construction companies?

No. Construction is where we started and where much of our work is, but we build for any Irish business with the same problems.

    How do we start?

Book a call. We'll tell you which process is worth fixing first, and whether software is the answer at all.
