Cookie Policy

    Effective Date: 7 October 2026

    What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser storage to remember your cookie choices and, where appropriate, information about how you found us. This policy covers both cookies and browser storage.

    Types of Cookies We Use

    Essential Cookies

Essential storage is always active. It remembers your consent choice and the date you made it, so we can respect your preferences. We ask you to choose again after six months.

We also keep ad click IDs and UTM tags for your current browser session. These are codes in the link you followed that tell us which advert or campaign brought you here. Session information is used only to attribute an enquiry you submit, not to send advertising or analytics data to tracking services without consent.

    Analytics Cookies

Analytics only runs if you accept Analytics in the cookie banner. It helps us understand how people use the site and improve it. We use:

    • Google Analytics 4: Measures visits, pages viewed and interactions with the site.
    • Microsoft Clarity: Helps us understand how visitors use pages through heatmaps and session recordings.

    Marketing Cookies

Marketing only runs if you accept Marketing in the cookie banner. Marketing tools and storage include:

    • Apollo website visitor tracking: Helps us understand which businesses visit our website.
    • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing: Measures actions following adverts and helps show relevant adverts to previous visitors, when these tags are enabled through Google Tag Manager.
    • Meta Pixel: Measures actions following Facebook or Instagram adverts and supports relevant advertising, when this tag is enabled through Google Tag Manager.
    • 90-day campaign storage: Keeps ad click IDs and UTM tags for up to 90 days across browser sessions, including first-touch and last-touch information about how you found us.

Google Tag Manager manages tags on the site. Loading the tag manager is separate from permission to run analytics or marketing tags. Those tags require the relevant consent.

Embedded YouTube videos only load when you press play. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly, which may set its own cookies when it loads.

    Managing Cookies

You can Accept all, Reject all, or Manage preferences in the banner. Analytics and Marketing are optional and can be chosen separately. Essential storage stays on.

    • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies through their settings.
    • Cookie settings: Use the Cookie settings link in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent.

Rejecting Analytics or Marketing does not stop you from using the site or sending an enquiry. If you withdraw consent, the page may reload to stop trackers that have already loaded, and we remove the marketing campaign information stored across sessions.

    How to Disable Cookies

You can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies. The following links provide information on how to modify cookie settings for popular browsers:

    • Google Chrome
    • Mozilla Firefox
    • Safari
    • Microsoft Edge

    Updates to This Policy
