WDI works with construction and trade companies across Ireland, including main contractors, specialist subcontractors, civil contractors, fit-out firms, mechanical and electrical contractors, and B2B trade businesses. Most clients have between 5 and 200 employees and have capacity to take on more work but lack a structured sales or tendering system.
Tender Copilot is AI-powered tender writing software built specifically for Irish construction companies. You upload your company documents once, including certificates, CVs, project portfolios and safety statements. The AI uses them to draft prequal responses, methodology statements and tender sections. It is hosted in the EU and your documents are never used to train any external AI model.
WDI builds a targeted list of potential clients in your sector and geography, writes personalised outreach sequences, manages the sending across LinkedIn and email, and books meetings on your behalf. You focus on delivery and the actual client conversations. We focus on filling your pipeline with qualified opportunities.

No. WDI provides a full outbound team for less than one sales hire. We charge a fixed monthly fee. The service covers prospect research, outreach, follow-up and pipeline tracking.
WDI automates repetitive workflows including lead tracking and CRM data entry, follow-up scheduling, document generation, email notifications, reporting dashboards, and data collection from forms and site teams. Automation is built around your existing processes and connects to tools you already use including Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Google Sheets.
