About WDI
What WDI stands for
WDI stands for Web Digital Innovations, an Irish company (Web Digital Innovations Ltd, CRO 792925) working with firms across Ireland. WDI builds AI, software and outbound sales systems for Irish SMEs: AI automation, custom software and CRMs, cold email and LinkedIn outreach, and appointment setting, with construction and the trades as the lead sector. Founded by Jack Doherty in 2025. If you were looking for the World Bank's World Development Indicators, that's a different WDI.
WDI builds and runs outbound sales for Irish B2B firms, with construction and industrial companies as our core. We also build automation and internal tools for clients who need them.
Who we are
WDI is the trading name of Web Digital Innovations Ltd, an Irish company (CRO number 792925) set up in 2025. We are a team of seven. We plan and run outbound sales for Irish B2B firms: we find the right buyers, write and send the outreach, handle the replies and book the meetings. Construction and the trades are our core sector because that is where most of our clients come from and where we know the buyers best.
Who we work with
Most of our clients are specialist subcontractors, building suppliers, fire and security firms and industrial service companies. They do good work but rely on referrals and tenders for new business. We put them in front of the main contractors, developers and facilities managers they want to work with. We also run outbound for other Irish B2B firms that sell to businesses rather than consumers.
How a campaign runs
- We agree who your buyers are: the firms, the roles and the kind of work you want more of.
- We build a list of named decision makers at firms that fit.
- We set up separate sending domains and warmed inboxes, so your own email address is protected.
- We write short messages for your buyers and run them by email and LinkedIn.
- We read every reply, answer questions and book interested buyers into your calendar.
- Each month we report what was sent, who replied and which meetings came from it.
More on each part: cold email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting and lead generation for construction.
What else we build
We build the CRM and automation behind the outreach, so nothing falls through the cracks after a meeting, and trade account portals for suppliers and builders' merchants.
One result we can share
Summit Scaffolding went from pricing around €250k of work a month to around €1m a month compared with a year earlier, and started talking to two developers it had no previous relationship with. Keith from Summit talks about it in his video.
