Can an AI tool see all our email?
No. It only sees the mailboxes or folders we agree at the start.

Most Irish firms we talk to ask the same thing before anything else: what happens to our data? Here's the plain answer. If anything here doesn't fit your setup, we'll put the specifics in writing before work starts.
Only what the job needs. We agree at the start which mailboxes, folders and systems the AI tool can read, and nothing else.
We name the AI provider in your project scope before we start, and we use business or API accounts, not consumer chat apps.
We only use AI services whose business terms say your data isn't used to train their models, and we'll show you those terms.
In your own systems wherever possible. The tool reads from and writes back to the email, files, CRM or accounts software you already use.
Only the WDI team working on your project.
We agree it with you at the start, and delete our working copies when the project ends.
Where the tool handles personal data, you stay in control of it, and we sign a data processing agreement with you before we touch it.
How we handle data from our own website, forms and ads is set out in our privacy policy.

Yes, before we touch any personal data.
Often, yes, where the tool can run inside it. We'll tell you on the first call.
We delete our working copies, and the tool and its data stay in your systems.
