The best appointment setting companies in Ireland in 2026

    Written by Jack Doherty

    Last updated 29 October 2026.

If you want an outside team to book sales meetings for you in Ireland, the first choice is the channel. Most Irish appointment setting companies are phone led (B2BSell, Focus One, Align CA, Telemark). A smaller group books meetings through email and LinkedIn (WDI), or mixes all three (Maven TM). Below are seven Irish firms, what each one does and who it suits. WDI is one of them, and we have put it first because it is ours.

    How we picked them

    • An Irish base, stated on the firm's own website or in Irish press
    • Appointment setting or outbound meeting booking as a core service
    • Channels and sectors stated publicly
    • No paid placements. Nobody paid to appear here

Every entry is based on what each firm says on its own website, checked on 29 October 2026.

    1. WDI

WDI books meetings for Irish construction, trade, industrial and B2B service firms using cold email and LinkedIn. We research the people who decide who gets asked to price or buy, write and send the messages, handle every reply and book interested buyers into your calendar with a note on who they are and what they asked.

    • Best for: firms selling to main contractors, developers, facilities managers and other Irish B2B buyers they don't know yet.
    • Channels: email and LinkedIn. We don't run phone-led campaigns.
    • Worth knowing: one named result. Summit Scaffolding went from quoting around €250k of work a month to around €1m of work quoted a month compared with a year earlier, and started talks with two developers it had not worked with before.

    2. B2BSell

A Dublin based team that handles prospecting, outreach and appointment setting by phone. It agrees qualification criteria before booking, keeps prospects who aren't ready in nurture, and sends a briefing ahead of each meeting covering the requirement, timing and next step. Its callers are described as experienced sales professionals, many with backgrounds as business owners or senior executives.

    • Best for: firms that want mature, senior callers having a two-way conversation with buyers.

    3. Focus One

Based at Waterford Business Park, Focus One has delivered B2B lead generation and appointment setting across Ireland and the UK since 2005. Its approach is call, email, call, and it lists software, technology, manufacturing, business services and financial services among its sectors, working with start-ups, SMEs and larger firms.

    • Best for: telesales-led meeting booking from a long-established team.

    4. Align CA

A Dublin agency (Sandford Road, Dublin 6) running outbound call and email campaigns with an Irish team. Prospects are researched and screened against your ideal client profile before a meeting is booked, and clients get monthly reporting across each stage of the pipeline. Its listed sectors include construction, professional services, logistics, manufacturing, energy and fintech, and it also runs inbound speed-to-lead campaigns.

    • Best for: phone-first outbound with regular reporting.

    5. IntegriLeads

An appointment setting company in Mountrath, Co. Laois, set up by three founders who had worked together for seven years before starting it (reported by Midlands Ireland in March 2024). Its clients are mainly in technology, particularly cyber security and service providers, and its testimonials talk about meetings set for corporate sales teams.

    • Best for: technology vendors that want meetings booked for their sales teams.

    6. Maven TM

An Irish B2B technology specialist founded in 2011. Its SDRs run outbound across phone, LinkedIn and email and book qualified meetings with buyers, and it also runs lead qualification and event appointment and attendance campaigns.

    • Best for: technology firms that want multichannel SDR outreach and meetings around events.

    7. Telemark

An Irish telemarketing outsourcing firm with about 20 years in the business, by its own account. It can run telesales for you in full or support your own team, and offers training and consultancy to set up or improve an in-house telesales function.

    • Best for: firms that want outsourced telesales, or help building their own.

    Phone, or email and LinkedIn?

Phone suits buyers who sit at a desk and take calls, and offers that can be explained in a minute. Email and LinkedIn suit buyers who are on site or in meetings most of the day, such as contractors and developers, accounts where you need to reach several people, and offers where a written message with a relevant project or credential does the work. Plenty of firms use both. Ask any company you speak to which channel it would lead with for your buyers, and why.

How to choose an appointment setting company in Ireland

    1. Who will they contact, and where does the list come from?
    2. What counts as a qualified meeting, and is that agreed in writing before the first booking?
    3. Which channels will they use, and who writes the messages or makes the calls?
    4. What happens to interested prospects who aren't ready to meet yet?
    5. What will you see each week or month?
    6. Who keeps the contacts and conversations if you stop?

We go through these in more detail on our appointment setting page.

    Frequently asked questions

What does an appointment setting company do?

It finds and contacts likely buyers for you and books meetings into your sales team's calendar. You take the meeting and close the sale.

Is appointment setting the same as lead generation?

Close, but not the same. Lead generation can stop at a list of interested contacts. Appointment setting goes one step further and books the meeting.

How long before the first meetings are booked?

Setup comes first: agreeing who to target, building the list and writing the messages or call scripts. Ask each company for its own setup timeline in writing before you sign.

Which appointment setting company is best for construction firms in Ireland?

Of the firms here, WDI and Align CA both list construction. WDI works mainly with construction, trade and industrial firms selling into main contractors and developers.

How much does appointment setting cost in Ireland?

Most firms quote after a first call, based on your market, the channels and the volume of outreach. Ask what is included: list building, copy, replies, reporting and meeting notes. If you are weighing an agency against hiring, see our agency versus sales hire comparison.

Can I use more than one appointment setting company?

You can, but split them by market or channel so two firms aren't contacting the same buyers.
