The best cold email agencies in Ireland in 2026
Written by Jack Doherty
Last updated 30 October 2026.
If you want an outside team to run cold email for you in Ireland, the first thing to check is what else the agency does. Some are outbound specialists that work mainly in the inbox (WDI, LeadPerk). Some run email next to phone campaigns (Align CA, Maven TM). Others are marketing agencies that offer outreach beside websites, SEO and ads (The Digital Department, Smarketing Cloud). Below are six Irish firms, what each one does and who it suits. WDI is one of them, and we have put it first because it is ours.
How we picked them
- An Irish base, stated on the firm's own website
- Cold email or B2B email outreach offered as a service, on its own page
- Channels and sectors stated publicly
- No paid placements. Nobody paid to appear here
Every entry is based on what each firm says on its own website, checked on 30 October 2026.

1. WDI
WDI runs cold email and LinkedIn outreach for Irish construction, trade, industrial and B2B service firms. We build a fresh list of the people who decide who gets asked to price or buy, write the emails for you to approve, send them from separate sending domains so your main domain is never used, answer every reply and book interested buyers into your calendar.
- Best for: firms selling to main contractors, developers, facilities managers and other Irish B2B buyers they don't know yet.
- Channels: email and LinkedIn. We don't run phone-led campaigns.
- Worth knowing: one named result. Summit Scaffolding went from quoting around €250k of work a month to around €1m of work quoted a month compared with a year earlier, and started talks with two developers it had not worked with before.
2. LeadPerk
LeadPerk is based at Sandyford Business Park in Dublin. It designs and runs B2B email outreach campaigns for Irish and UK companies, and describes its campaigns as brand-safe and built to protect your domain.
- Best for: Dublin and UK-facing B2B firms that want email outreach on its own.
3. Align CA
Align Consultancy & Agency is on Sandford Road in Dublin 6. It runs targeted B2B email campaigns alongside its cold calling service, aimed at B2B and SaaS companies, consultancies, agencies and professional services firms. Its homepage names Huawei, Britvic and Carlsberg among its clients.
- Best for: firms that want email and phone run by the same team.
4. Maven TM
Maven TM is based in Carlow and specialises in B2B technology. It is best known for telemarketing, and it also writes and sends email campaigns on its clients' behalf. It says it has worked with over 800 companies since it started in 2011.
- Best for: B2B technology firms that want phone-led campaigns with email support.
5. The Digital Department
The Digital Department is in Ballincollig, Co. Cork, and has been building websites and running digital marketing since 2012. Its email outreach service is aimed at B2B service providers, professional and advisory firms, SaaS companies and agencies, and it says it does not buy generic lists.
- Best for: Munster firms that want outreach from the same agency that runs their website and marketing.
6. Smarketing Cloud
Smarketing Cloud has a Dublin office in the Docklands, plus offices in London and San Francisco. Its appointment setting service books meetings through personalised email and LinkedIn messages rather than cold calls, and it lists over 50 industries, construction among them. It publishes its package prices on its website.
- Best for: firms that want a packaged email and LinkedIn service with set terms.
Specialist, phone-led or full-service?
The six firms above fall into three groups, and the group matters more than the ranking.
- Outbound specialists (WDI, LeadPerk) spend their day on lists, copy, sending and replies. Pick one if cold email is meant to be a main source of new business.
- Phone-led firms (Align CA, Maven TM) are strongest on the phone and add email to it. Pick one if your buyers answer calls and you want both channels from one supplier.
- Marketing agencies (The Digital Department, Smarketing Cloud) offer outreach as one service among several. Pick one if you would rather keep your website, marketing and outreach with one supplier.
How to choose a cold email agency in Ireland
Ask every agency on your shortlist the same questions:
- Which domain do the emails go out from? Your main domain should not be used for cold email.
- Who owns the sending domains and inboxes if you stop working together?
- Where does the contact data come from, and how is it checked before anything is sent?
- Who writes the emails, and do you approve them first?
- Who answers replies, and how quickly?
- Have they worked in your sector, and will they also work for your direct competitors?
- What do they report, and how often? Replies and meetings tell you more than open rates.
Frequently asked questions
What does a cold email agency do?
It finds the right people at the companies you want to sell to, writes short emails to them, sends those emails from inboxes set up for outreach, answers the replies and passes interested buyers to you, usually as booked meetings.
Is cold email the same as email marketing?
No. Email marketing is newsletters and offers sent to people who are already on your list. Cold email is a short, one-to-one first message to a named business buyer who doesn't know you yet, sent to start a conversation.
How long does cold email take to produce meetings?
The first weeks go on research, the list and setting up and warming up sending inboxes. First replies usually come within the first few weeks of the work starting. In construction and industrial markets buyers decide slowly, so results build over months. Be wary of any agency that promises a set number of meetings.
Which cold email agency is best for construction firms in Ireland?
WDI is the only firm on this list that focuses on construction, trades and industrial firms. Smarketing Cloud lists construction among the many industries it serves.
How much does a cold email agency cost in Ireland?
Most Irish agencies quote after a call, because the cost depends on how many buyers you want to reach, how hard their details are to find and whether LinkedIn or phone is included. A few, such as Smarketing Cloud, publish their packages. Whatever the price, ask what is included: data, sending domains and inboxes, copywriting and reply handling.
Should we run cold email ourselves or hire an agency?
You can run it in-house if someone on your team has the time to build lists, set up sending domains, write copy and answer every reply quickly. If not, an agency is usually faster to get going. Our agency versus sales hire comparison sets out the trade-offs.
