The best lead generation agencies in Ireland in 2026
Written by Jack Doherty
Last updated 26 October 2026. Written by Jack Doherty, founder of WDI. WDI is one of the agencies on this list, and we have put it first because it is ours. Every other entry is based on what each agency says on its own website, checked in October 2026. Nobody paid to appear here.
If you sell to other businesses in Ireland, there are two ways to get more meetings: wait for enquiries, or go out and start conversations. Lead generation agencies do the second part for you. Some cold call, some send email and LinkedIn messages, and some run paid ads that bring people to a form.
Most "best agency" lists you will find are written by software companies in the US or UK, and half the firms on them have never worked an Irish market. This list only includes agencies with a real base in Ireland.
How we picked them
- A real Irish base. A stated address or office in Ireland, on the agency's own site or a public record.
- B2B outbound or lead generation is a core service, not a side line for a web design or SEO shop.
- Clear about what they do. Channels, sectors and how they work are stated on their site.
- No paid placements. We did not contact any agency to ask to be included, and none paid.

1. WDI
WDI runs outbound sales for Irish B2B firms using cold email and LinkedIn. Construction and the trades are our main sector: we book meetings for contractors, suppliers and specialist trades with the people who buy from them. We set up the sending domains, build the lists, write the messages and handle the replies, so the client only turns up to the meetings.
- Best for: construction and trade businesses, and other B2B firms selling to them.
- Channels: cold email, LinkedIn.
- Worth knowing: we start with a free 30 minute sales audit, and our case studies cover outreach results by sector, with client video testimonials.
2. Leadable
Dublin agency founded in 2019, based on Adelaide Road. Leadable runs low volume, highly personalised outbound across email, calling, LinkedIn, letters and video. It pitches itself at companies with larger contract values and smaller target markets, and its testimonials come mainly from software and tech firms.
- Best for: high value B2B sales where every account matters.
3. LeadPerk
Based in Sandyford Business Park, LeadPerk offers B2B lead generation, appointment setting, SDR as a service, email outreach and outbound calling for Irish and UK companies. It also offers sales strategy consulting.
- Best for: companies that want an outsourced SDR rather than building one in house.
4. B2BSell
A Dublin company trading since 2012, B2BSell does lead generation, appointment setting (including face to face meetings abroad), telesales, sales outsourcing and sales training. Its stated focus is professional services, technology and life sciences.
- Best for: phone-led meeting booking for professional services and tech firms.
5. Telemark
Telemark has run outbound telemarketing from Rathfarnham for over 20 years. Services include lead generation, appointment setting, database cleaning, event promotion and surveys, and it names clients such as Sage Ireland and the Irish Management Institute.
- Best for: businesses that want an experienced phone team, or a clean database before a campaign.
6. Maven TM
Founded in 2011 and based in Carlow, Maven TM specialises in B2B technology. It runs telemarketing in several languages, plus email, LinkedIn and HubSpot services, and works for large tech vendors across EMEA.
- Best for: technology vendors and their channel partners.
7. Emarkable
Emarkable is a digital agency for Irish B2B and ecommerce firms, covering lead generation, marketing automation (HubSpot, Klaviyo, Pipedrive) and digital strategy. Its case studies include Coen Steel, a construction supplier. It does not list cold calling or appointment setting.
- Best for: inbound lead generation and automation rather than outbound.
8. MarketStar
MarketStar is a US outsourced sales company whose EMEA headquarters is in Dublin. It provides outsourced direct sales, partner channel sales, customer success and demand generation, mainly for B2B software and large tech companies.
- Best for: large software companies that need a full outsourced sales team.
How to choose a lead generation agency
- Match the channel to your buyer. Site managers and quantity surveyors rarely answer unknown numbers; procurement teams at tech firms often book from email. Ask the agency which channel gets replies from your buyers, and why.
- Ask about your sector. An agency that has booked meetings with Irish contractors will know the job titles, the tender cycle and the busy months. Ask for an anonymised example from your sector.
- Agree what counts as a meeting. A booked call with the right person at a company that fits your criteria is different from a lead on a list. Get the definition in writing.
- Check who owns the data and domains. Ask whether the contact lists and sending domains stay with you if you stop.
- Ask how they protect your main domain. A good cold email agency sends from separate domains so your day to day email is not affected.
- Look at reviews you can check. Google reviews, Clutch and named client videos count for more than logos.
Frequently asked questions
What does a lead generation agency do?
It finds businesses that fit your ideal customer, contacts the decision makers by email, LinkedIn or phone, and hands you interested replies or booked meetings. You keep control of the sales conversation.
Is lead generation the same as marketing?
No. Marketing builds awareness and brings people to you. Outbound lead generation goes to specific companies you have chosen and starts a conversation with them directly.
Is cold email or cold calling better in Ireland?
It depends on who you are selling to. Busy site-based roles are often easier to reach by email, while some office-based buyers still answer the phone. Many agencies combine both.
How long before an agency books meetings?
Most outbound campaigns need a few weeks of setup first: list building, writing and, for email, warming up new sending domains. Ask each agency for its own timeline.
Which lead generation agency is best for construction companies in Ireland?
Look for an agency that already works with Irish contractors and suppliers and can show results in your trade. WDI focuses on construction and the trades; see our construction lead generation page.
How much do lead generation agencies charge?
Pricing varies a lot by channel, volume and contract length, and most agencies quote after a call. Ask what is included, how long the minimum term is, and how results are reported.
